I am into the outdoor activities recently and I think I become one of those outdoor enthusiasts which have almost all kind of things to wear related with outdoor activities, especially for tracking and camping in mountain. I have all kind of possible weather and climate jackets to always be ready for any possible immediate call from the nature to be out there. I have a full set of camping equipments with me in my garage ready to be packed and roll on. But there is something I am still missing from those bunches of outdoor equipments. I still don’t have a good, tough yet comfort tracking pair of shoes. The one I have is just a regular outdoor shoe, which I think it has been overly worn out and deserved some replacement. I need to find one mens shoes specially for tracking then.

I’ve been looking in many outdoor equipment stores which sell almost all possible outdoor things including shoe, but none of them has the type of tracking shoe that I have been looking for. Then I got informed by a colleague of mine which mentioned this good and reliable online shoe store. They are well known for the very good quality of leather shoe collection. Their mens shoes production lines are in Portugal and Italy and only use the best possible premium graded leather from Italy. Managed to check out their website and they immediately stolen my attention over their good collection of mens shoes.

The Air Force 1 shoe is a product of Nike, Inc. which was released in 1982. The Air Force 1 was the first Nike basketball shoe to use the Nike Air technology. The name is a reference to Air Force One, the plane that carries the President of the United States. The shoe was popular in the early 1980s and then again in the late 1990s and early 2000s. These shoes are one of the most popular and sought after items in cities and many suburban areas. Due to their popularity, Air Force 1s are custom made by people and sold online. Customizers change the colors of different parts of the shoe like the swoosh, heel, toe, bottom on request. The shoes are also made with different colors for special occasions such as the Olympic Games and released in colors commemorating regions such as Puerto Rico, New York City, Detroit “D-Town”, and the West Indies. Some music industry members such as Roc-A-Fella Records and some athletes such as Lebron James have their own special versions made by Nike. There is also one active NBA player to play in them on a daily basis – Rasheed Wallace, who played his whole career in AF1`s High Tops. Sheed in his AF1`s The rapper Nelly made a song called “Air Force Ones”

In the hip hop subculture, the Air Force 1 shoe is a reflection of the individual. Some like “white on whites” while others, go as far as dyeing the inside of the shoe to make them unique. The shoe originally came in a low top and a high top, the latter featuring a removable strap. Nike continues to produce these two variations of the Air Force 1 and, in 1994, they added a Mid top to the lineup with a non-removable strap. The shoe has at times featured smaller rubber “jewel” swooshes and metallic plastic “super jewel” swooshes.

In recent years, Nike has offered customers the opportunity to design their own Air Force 1′s in exclusive venues in New York, London, Paris, Milan and Los Angeles. Nike has also produced a few “Lux” colors of Air Force 1s in Italy which are made entirely of Italian leather.

I wear large size boots, so going to the shoe store is not exactly a picnic. You see, it is hard enough to find large shoes in my size, but to get large size boots is almost impossible.

Of course, there are some moon boots and clunkers like that, but I am a hiker, and I need special hiking shoes to keep my feet happy on the long trails. But, although I can usually find a pair or two of large size boots at any store, there isn’t the selection that I like unless I go to the big outlet stores, or buy my footwear on the internet.

Of course, the internet is right out for me. Companies often change the build of their shoes without announcing it to anyone, and there is nothing to do about it but try on each pair of shoes that you buy.

Last time I bought a pair of my large size boots online instead of in the shoe store, I thought that I would get something that would fit me. After all, it was the same pair that I had bought last time, and my feet hadn’t grown at all.

But, when I got the large size boots in the mail, it turned out that they were not just too small, or too big, but shaped differently altogether. They were tighter across the bridge of my foot, longer, and narrower, and so didn’t fit at all in any dimension. I learned my lesson then, I’ll tell you.

At this point, I buy all of my large size boots at the outlet, but I didn’t always do this. The problem with using outlet shoe stores is that you have to have a pretty good idea of what you want to begin with going in to the store.

After all, you will only have one brand to chose from, and if you don’t like the large size boots that they make, you will have driven out all of the way to nowhere for no purpose at all. The best thing to do if you are looking for large size boots and don’t know exactly what you want, is to ask friends with large boots what they like on their feet.

That way, you will have something to go on, and won’t just be blindly searching out the first outlet that you hear about, and wasting your time driving all over the town.
